His career includes serving as a Classification Society surveyor/auditor, with expertise in in-service inspection, conversions, audits, and offshore floater operations. He has worked with leading organizations such as Lloyd’s Register, Synergy Marine, and MISC Group before establishing his consultancy practice in Singapore. He is also an approved Consultant/Surveyor for Longitude Engineering, ABL Group, ABS Consulting, DNV, and Lloyd’s Register.

CE Sreedharan Rajendran is a seasoned marine engineer with extensive experience across diverse vessel types and ranks. He has overseen deliveries of Suezmax and LR-class oil tankers and served as Chief Engineer on container ships, passenger vessels, research vessels, OSVs, and DP vessels. With additional shore-based experience as Superintendent and General Manager (Technical) for chemical tankers, oil tankers, and tugs, his versatile expertise and leadership make him a valuable asset to Charismight.

Chief Engineer and current Managing Director of Highmast Marine Pte Ltd, ove rseeing vessel repairs, inspections, and surveys across Southeast Asia. Extensive experience with all vessel types and marine operations in the region. Previously served as Chief Engineer and co-founded Central Ship Management Pte Ltd in Singapore. Launched the company in February 2018 in partnership with a Dubai-based investor. Strong leadership in ship management, technical services, and maritime operations.

With expertise in tanker operations and fleet management, he brings strong technical leadership and operational excellence to Charismight.

At Charismight, he will lead FPSO conversions, drydockings, and newbuilding projects, ensuring timely deliveries and advancing our vision for innovative energy solutions.

Mr. Saurabh Sinha brings nearly 10 years of maritime experience with a strong specialization in LNG tankers. Having sailed in various ranks, he currently serves as a Cargo Engineer, overseeing LNG loading and discharging operations. He is also responsible for managing the reliquefaction plant for boil-off gas, a critical component in ensuring the safe and efficient carriage of LNG at sea.
