Prashant Saxena is a highly experienced Master Mariner and the founder and Managing Director of Charismight Holding Private Limited. With over 21 years of sailing experience on oil and chemical tankers for companies like BP, TK, and Maersk Tankers, he transitioned to shore-based marine positions for five years before founding Charismight. His company, which aims to be the world's most impactful maritime consultancy, has now launched Charismight ONE, with the goal of becoming the "Amazon of Maritime."

CaptRogger (Rajya Wardhan) has joined Team Charismight as Director - Vetting & LNG Operations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the marine industry (sea and ashore). His vast experience ranges from  An ex-OCIMF accredited SIRE Inspector CAT (1) inspecting Oil, Chemical, Gas including LNG Ships. LNG Operations Specialist  Ship-Shore compatibility for LNG terminals for Q-Max, Q-Flex & DFDE LNG Ships. Optimoor Analysis preparation and adapting it to LNG vessel compatibility studies. Assisting commercial department for chartering issues and business reports. Commanding Oil, chemical and LNG Vessels. STS Operations & Pilotage of LPG &; Oil Tankers




Capt. Dilip Ojha

Expertise - Oil & Chemical Tankers

He has over 15 years of experience at sea aboard oil and chemical tankers as a master mariner. Besides that, he has worked closely with numerous businesses to create and revise their SMS and do audits and inspections on the managed vessels. He is an Associate fellow member of the Nautical Institute. A certified maritime trainer, Nautical assessor, and auditor who also has experience developing content for the same and has been conducting interviews, audits, and mentoring of the ship staff. He has also been a part of the accident investigation team. He has extensive knowledge of teaching and training in the maritime sector. a thorough awareness of the rules, regulations, and policies that govern the maritime industry.

He has successfully managed ship operations, commercial activities, and new growth platforms, building and leading global cross-cultural teams.His extensive experience and strategic planning skills will contribute to Charismight's mission of providing high-quality and innovative services to the shipping and logistics industry.

Capt. Prabhas Pathak

Expertise - Oil / Chem & Product Tankers Supercargo/Tank Cleaning & Hold Cleaning Expert

We’re proud to welcome Capt. Prabhas Pathak to Charismight as Director (Marine). With 30    years of rich seafaring experience, Capt. Pathak brings deep expertise in Type 2 and Type 3 chemical tankers (both stainless steel and epoxy-coated), oil, and product tankers. His early career also includes time on bulk carriers and general cargo vessels. His leadership, hands-on knowledge, and commitment to maritime excellence make him a key addition to our team. We’re confident he will play a vital role in driving Charismight’s mission of delivering innovative, sustainable solutions and strengthening our global impact in the maritime sector.
