Amri Saxena is a Maritime Psychologist and Leadership Consultant with over 25 years of experience in Learning & Development. She has designed and delivered training programs for seafarers across all ranks, working with leading maritime organizations worldwide. Holding a master's degree in psychology and a Management degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, Amri combines psychological expertise with leadership development to support individual and organizational growth. A certified Psychologist and Psychometric Assessor, she specializes in leadership development, behavioral assessments, conflict management, team effectiveness, and crew wellbeing. Throughout her career, she has partnered with renowned organizations including Maersk Training, The Nautical Institute, Anglo-Eastern, Synergy Marine Group, and Fleet Management Limited, earning a strong reputation within the maritime industry. Outside work, Amri is passionate about fitness, music, and reading, and believes in continuous learning, wellness, and personal growth.





Capt. Prashant Saxena

Capt. Prashant Saxena is a highly accomplished Master Mariner with over 21 years of sailing experience on oil and chemical tankers. During his maritime career, he served with globally recognized organizations including BP, TK, and Maersk Tankers, developing strong leadership, operational, and people-management capabilities. Following his successful tenure at sea, he transitioned into shore-based marine leadership roles, where he spent five years expanding his expertise in strategic planning, business operations, and maritime management. Driven by a passion for innovation and industry transformation, he founded Charismight with a vision to create one of the world’s most impactful maritime consultancies, offering comprehensive and integrated solutions to address the evolving needs of the maritime sector. Outside of his professional life, Capt. Saxena is an avid motorcyclist, fitness enthusiast, and passionate traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations, cultures, and experiences while continually seeking opportunities for personal growth and adventure.

CaptRogger (Rajya Wardhan) has joined Team Charismight as Director - Vetting & LNG Operations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the marine industry (sea and ashore). His vast experience ranges from  An ex-OCIMF accredited SIRE Inspector CAT (1) inspecting Oil, Chemical, Gas including LNG Ships. LNG Operations Specialist  Ship-Shore compatibility for LNG terminals for Q-Max, Q-Flex & DFDE LNG Ships. Optimoor Analysis preparation and adapting it to LNG vessel compatibility studies. Assisting commercial department for chartering issues and business reports. Commanding Oil, chemical and LNG Vessels. STS Operations & Pilotage of LPG &; Oil Tankers


Capt. Dilip Ojha

He has over 15 years of experience at sea aboard oil and chemical tankers as a master mariner. Besides that, he has worked closely with numerous businesses to create and revise their SMS and do audits and inspections on the managed vessels. He is an Associate fellow member of the Nautical Institute. A certified maritime trainer, Nautical assessor, and auditor who also has experience developing content for the same and has been conducting interviews, audits, and mentoring of the ship staff. He has also been a part of the accident investigation team. He has extensive knowledge of teaching and training in the maritime sector. a thorough awareness of the rules, regulations, and policies that govern the maritime industry.

Master Mariner With over 30 years of experience as a Master Mariner, Capt. Goel is    a recognized expert in the Oil, Chemical, and Gas Tanker field. He has successfully managed ship operations, commercial activities, and new growth platforms, building and leading global cross-cultural teams.His extensive experience and strategic planning skills will contribute to Charismight's mission of providing high-quality and innovative services to the shipping and logistics industry.
