Achieving Professional competence by educating and training seafarers in various areas like communication, stress management, and effective teaching skills through online and offline platforms. Horning them with skills to work as a catalyst to support their learning curve. She is enlisted with the Director General of Shipping (DGS), India as a facilitator holding a Vertical Integration Course for Trainers (VICT) certificate.

Seema Singh joined Charismight in July 2023 as a Human Factors Specialist, bringing over a decade of expertise in training, education, administration, customer relations, and business development. She holds a postgraduate degree and is currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology at London Metropolitan University, alongside certifications in Psychology and Psychological First Aid.
