As a Human Factor Specialist at Charismight and Co-Founder of the WomenShine Chamber of Entrepreneurship (WCE), she is committed to fostering learning, leadership, and empowerment. Her expertise spans behavioural skills, communication, leadership, and POSH training across corporate and academic sectors. A passionate educator and lifelong learner, she enjoys music, travel, adventure, and exploring new perspectives.

Sanjana Kumar is a trauma-informed maritime psychologist with over 3 years of experience who is extremely passionate about helping people improve their emotional well-being. She follows a client-centered and compassionate approach, creating a safe space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. She is trained in various therapeutic modalities like Somatic Therapy, Coherence Therapy, IFS, CBT, DBT etc. She likes to read books, sing and listen to music.



Seema Singh

Seema Singh is a Human Factors Specialist with over 12 years of experience across education, training, administration, customer relations, and business development. She holds an MSc in Psychology from London Metropolitan University, complemented by certifications in Psychological First Aid, CBT, and Child & Youth Counselling. Her approach is empathetic, client-centred, and strengths-based, focusing on well-being, resilience, and personal growth. Passionate about supporting individuals across different life stages, she combines evidence-based psychological principles with practical guidance. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, lifelong learning, mindfulness practices, travelling, and spending time with family.

Mr. Anuj Yadav is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, corporate wellness, and private practice. His areas of expertise include counselling, psychological assessments, child & adolescent mental health, behavioural concerns, stress management, and emotional well-being. His approach is empathetic, client-centred, non-judgmental, and evidence-based, focusing on creating a safe space for individuals to understand themselves and develop effective coping strategies. He is passionate about mental health awareness, community initiatives, and creative approaches to psychological well-being. His interests include community service, teaching, and designing innovative mental health programs.



Dr. Anuradha Singh

Dr. Anuradha Singh is a certified Organizational Behaviour and Counselling Psychologist with over 22 years of experience, specializing in personal growth and human potential development. A Government of India-certified instructor for merchant mariners and a UK MCA-approved HELM trainer, with expertise in mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, CBT, EMDR, and IFS. Focused on anxiety and stress management, relationship counselling, performance enhancement, and overall psychological well-being.

Vandana Ashat is a Human Factors Specialist, she is an empathetic psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, stress management, and relationship counselling. She also conducts mental health awareness and resilience programs for schools and corporate organizations, helping individuals and communities build healthier minds and stronger connections.

Nikita serves as a Superintendent (HFS). With more than 4 years of experience, she specializes in counselling support for stress, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety and related areas. She brings a relational, compassionate and a structured approach to emotional management and psychological wellbeing within maritime environments. Her work focuses on early intervention, resilience building, and practical coping strategies for seafarers and shore personnel. Through dedicated human factor support, Nikita contributes to safer, healthier, and more sustainable maritime operations. She likes to destress by reading, exploring her city and spending time with cats.

Sakshi, a seasoned PSSR and VICT trainer with deep roots in the maritime industry, brings unique insights as the spouse of a Master Mariner. Her extensive experience includes conducting training at top maritime institutes, reflecting her expertise and dedication. Sakshi’s contribution will be instrumental in driving Charismight toward its vision of becoming the world’s leading maritime consultancy.

Puja Rawat is a Maritime Consultant and Development Specialist with over 25 years of experience in maritime training, cadet recruitment, mentoring, counselling, and organizational development. She specializes in leadership development, human factors, workplace culture, communication skills, mental wellness, and shore staff training. Known for her empathetic, practical, and people-centred approach, Puja is passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential while fostering inclusive, resilient, and high-performing workplaces both onboard and ashore.

Her areas of expertise include Human Factor, Psychological First Aid, Gender Sensitization, Anger Management, Inner Child Healing, Parenting & Relationship Coaching, Mindfulness, and Somatic Movement Practices. She works with individuals, corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, and the maritime fraternity.
