Equipment trouble?
Ask someone who knows it.
When something on board stops behaving — an autopilot that will not hold course, a VHF that will not transmit, a light panel throwing alarms — you need someone who has worked on that exact maker and model. Tell us what you have and we will put the right maritime professional on it.

Support From People Who Have Been There
What this service is
Maritime professionals
Your request goes to engineers, electro-technical officers and superintendents who have worked with this equipment at sea, not to a call centre.
Maker and model specific
Advice is matched to the exact unit on board — a NautoPilot 5000 behaves differently from an AP70, and the guidance should reflect that.
Remote first
Most issues start with questions, settings and readings that can be worked through by email, call or video while the vessel carries on.
Attendance when needed
If the problem needs hands on it, we can arrange an attending specialist at your next port through our worldwide network.
How It Works
From request to answer
-
Tell us the equipment
Pick the vessel, the equipment, the maker and the model, then describe what is happening.
-
Submit the request
A request fee of ₹199 confirms the request and puts it in front of our team.
-
Matched to a specialist
We find the person in our network who knows that make and model, and they pick up your case.
-
Guidance, then next steps
You get practical guidance. If attendance or spares are needed, we quote that separately before anything proceeds.

Before you submit
What does the ₹199 cover?
It confirms the request and puts it in front of our team, who review the details and match it to a specialist familiar with that make and model. Anything beyond the initial response — attendance on board, spares, or extended support — is quoted separately and only goes ahead with your approval.
My equipment is not in the list. Can I still ask?
Yes. Choose the closest option, or "Other / not listed", and type the maker and model in the boxes that appear. Our lists are growing as more equipment is added, and a request for something not yet listed is perfectly normal.
Can you help while the vessel is at sea?
Usually, yes. Most cases begin remotely — questions, settings, readings and photographs exchanged by email or call with the ship's staff. If it needs hands on the equipment, we arrange attendance at a suitable port.
Is this the same as a warranty or maker service call?
No. We are an independent consultancy. If a unit is under warranty or needs the maker's own service engineer, we will say so — and we can help you prepare what the maker will ask for.
Who sees the details I submit?
Only our team and the specialist assigned to your case. Vessel details and findings are treated in confidence, in line with our Security and Cybersecurity Policy.
