We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Executive – Operations to support the smooth execution of daily business operations and internal processes. The role involves coordinating with different departments, maintaining operational records, tracking activities, preparing reports, and ensuring effective workflow management.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and contribute towards improving operational efficiency within a growing maritime organization.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities and coordination
- Maintain operational records and documentation
- Assist in preparing reports and operational updates
- Support process improvement activities & Maintain communication with stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team environment
