We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Manager – Maritime Operations to support operational planning, client coordination, business development, and maritime service execution. The role involves managing operational activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, improving processes, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong maritime knowledge, leadership abilities, business understanding, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced maritime environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop operational strategies and improvement plans
- Coordinate between technical, commercial, and operational teams
- Manage client communication and relationships
- Support business development initiatives & Improve operational processes and SOPs
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
Must Have
- Master’s degree in Maritime Studies / Business Administration / Shipping & Logistics
- Experience in maritime operations preferred
- Strong leadership and planning skills
- Client management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
