We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee record management, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of HR processes, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, and compliance activities
  • Support employee engagement programs and grievance handling
  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 0–3 years of HR experience (freshers with knowledge can apply)
  • Good understanding of HR operations and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an added advantage
