The role involves assisting in employee interaction programs, psychological assessments, wellbeing activities, counselling support, and maintaining confidential records.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, active listening abilities, and an interest in creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct employee wellbeing activities
- Support psychological assessments & Assist in counselling programs
- Maintain confidential records
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare reports and feedback analysis.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of workplace psychology
- Strong listening and analytical abilities
- Professional and confidential approach
